Russell is the Director of Clever Choice Conveyancing and has over 30 years experience in the legal industry.  He established Clever Choice Conveyancing in 2021 as a Conveyancing Firm that can provide approachable and dedicated legal expertise at an affordable price to both buyers and sellers of property.  

Russell is also the Principal/Director of R. Mitchell Lawyers and has previously worked as a Partner, Director and Principal at firms including Marshalls+Dent+Wilmoth,  Wilmoth Field Warne Lawyers and Eggleston Mitchell Lawyers.  Additionally, Russell has over 10 years experience as a Barrister at the Victorian Bar.

Mariam was admitted by the Supreme Court of Victoria as a solicitor in October 2021.  She has worked primarily in the Family Law area since she acquired an internship during her practical legal training. 

Mariam began her professional career at Clever Choice Conveyancing in 2022.  She is a passionate and empathetic solicitor who strives to provide her clients with approachable and affordable expertise.  Mariam works hard to ensure her clients' matters result in fair and just conclusions.  

Mariam is also fluent in the Arabic Language and is enthusiastic about assisting clients who speak little English and/or are more confident in speaking in the Arabic Language.  

In her spare time Mariam enjoys spending time with her border collie, Skye as well as reading crime novels.

Maggie is currently completing a double degree of Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts at Monash University. Maggie is eager to expand her knowledge of the legal profession and assist in matters across various legal fields. 

Maggie hopes to bring a compassionate approach when assisting clients, as she endeavours to broaden her legal skills. She aims to build her understanding of the legal processes involved throughout the justice system, as she learns more about Clever Choice Conveyancing and their clients.

In her spare time, Maggie enjoys playing tennis or cricket with friends and family – a great way to get some exercises (and socialising) in!

Gina is currently studying a double degree of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Arts at Monash University. Gina is excited to learn about a diverse range of legal issues and engage herself in complex legal problems and research.

With a strong attention to detail and great communication skills, Gina aims to build strong relationships with clients and develop essential legal skills and practices that will contribute to her future legal career. 

Gina enjoys spending time with family and friends in her spare time and attending Pilates and yoga classes.
